You can reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time with a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled time you may be charged a 10% cancelling fee. We understand that weather is a key factor and there will be no charge for weather permitted rescheduling.

Your order will be scheduled within 48 hours to available MLS Facotry professionals in your area. You will be sent a confirmation email when scheduled. You can make a comment of ideal time you would like in the notes of the package order.
